Vinvest Capital gets UMA query from Bursa Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has issued an unusual market activity (UMA) to Vinvest Capital Holdings Bhd on the sharp fall in its share price recently.

The construction engineering company tumbled 52.78%, or 9.5 sen to 8.5 sen at closing. It was the most heavily traded counter on Bursa Malaysia with 331.7 million shares done. In the last five days, the counter plunged more than 56%.

Bursa Malaysia advised investors to take note of the company’s reply to the UMA query that will be posted on Bursa Malaysia before making their investment decision.

Vinvest has yet to respond to Bursa Malaysia’s query.
