AZRB secures RM122.5mil road upgrade job


PETALING JAYA: Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd (AZRB) has secured a contract worth RM122.5mil for a road upgrading project in Cameron Highlands, Pahang.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, AZRB said it had received a letter of acceptance from the works department for a project known as “Pembinaan jalan pintasan Cameron Highlands: Menaik Taraf jalan dari bulatan McDonald’s ke persimpangan Brinchang/ time tunnel dan membina one way loop di Kea Farm, Cameron Highlands, Pahang.”

AZRB said the contract will be for a duration of 42 months from June 15, 2023 and is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings.
