Kimlun Bhd has secured two construction contracts in Johor Bahru from Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd worth a total of RM95.41 million.
MBSB will acquire the entire equity interest in MIDF from PNB via a RM1.01 billion share deal.
Cypark Resources Bhd is claiming, through arbitration, RM61.34 million from the government for loss and expenses.
Pos Malaysia Bhd announced that KWAP has ceased to be a substantial shareholder.
Bioalpha Holdings Bhd has proposed a rights issue of warrants to raise up to RM19.19 million.

Last Friday, the US market extended its gains with the S&P hitting its highest since August 2022 as investors look forward to this week’s inflation data and the Federal Reserve’s policy meeting.
Meanwhile, European markets ended lower ahead of the European Central Bank’s policy meeting, where economists expect another 25 basis point hike.
On the local market, the FBM KLCI added 1.44 points or 0.1% to 1377.08 point to bounce off its lowest level since October 2022.
"Following the recent lacklustre performance, the FBM KLCI could retest its critical support of 1372 points with the next support at 1356 points," said Apex.
