KUALA LUMPUR: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd
(PMHB) has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) worth RM180.8mil from MRCB Builders Sdn Bhd for the construction of the Malaysian National Film Development Board’s (Finas) headquarters in Damansara Damai, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PMHB said the LOA was received by its wholly-owned subsidiary Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, adding that the project shall be for a period of 18 months from the date of site possession.
“The award of the project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of the group during the duration of the project.”
