Tasco ramps-up

“From our point of view, there is no such thing as a good time to invest," says Lee.

Tasco Bhd’s Andy Lee Wan Kai thrives in situations of disorder, taking pride in creating solutions which make the logistics group’s customers happy.

“Sometimes customers call in overwhelmed because of logistical nightmares. And when we tell them we can do it, it’s fulfilling and reassuring to hear them breathe easy,” the 47-year-old group chief executive officer tells StarBizWeek. Customer satisfaction is a key pillar of Tasco’s day-to-day operations and according to Lee, will continue to be harnessed.
