NETX, Meimaii to collaborate on online platform

KUALA LUMPUR: Software and systems developer Netx Holdings Bhd's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary GEM Excite Sdn Bhd is collaborating with Meimaii Technology Co Ltd for the localisation and integration of the Meimaii online platform in Malaysia and any other countries.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, NETX said the collaboration agreement will commence from June 22, 2023, and will be effective for one year.

According to the filing, Meimaii is primarily involved in the business of influencer social e-commerce platform in Taiwan.

It said Meimaii provides a comprehensive one-stop service that offers an all-around automated artificial intelligence sales and marketing solution to the social media community.
