KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd
’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd has secured a RM50.3mil contract from Paragon Pinnacle Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kumpulan Kitacon said the contract was for the proposed construction and completion of 80 units of single-storey terrace houses, one unit of electrician substation, and emblem fencing under package one.
The second package involves the construction and completion of 104 units of single-storey terrace houses and one unit of electrical substation.
The contract shall commence on June 26, 2023 and is to be completed within 15 months from the commencement date.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of Kumpulan Kitacon for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023 onwards until the expiry of the contract,” it said.
