PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian subsidiary of Brazil-based mining giant Vale SA has joined forces with local renewable energy (RE) company reNIKOLA Holdings Sdn Bhd, to generate solar energy at the Teluk Rubiah maritime terminal in Perak.
The partnership will see reNIKOLA develop and install a photovoltaic (PV) system with a capacity of about 350 kilowatt-peak (kWp) at Vale’s iron ore distribution centre there.
