Stella unit bags RM91.36mil contract for Penang project


KUALA LUMPUR: Stella Holdings Bhd has been awarded a mixed development scheme project by Warisan Kesumi Enterprise Sdn Bhd worth RM91.36 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd, its wholly owned subsidiary is appointed as a sub-contractor in relation to structure, architecture works and mechanical and electrical works for the project.

The project is located at Lot 252 and 3117, Mukim 4, Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang under the Penang State Islamic Religious Council.

The contract is for a period of 25 months from the date of possession of site and the date of completion shall be on Aug 27, 2025.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Stella group for the relevant financial periods within the duration of the contract.

It also said the contract would not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Stella. - Bernama
