Stella gets RM91mil Penang project


PETALING JAYA: Stella Holdings Bhd has been awarded a mixed development project in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang by Warisan Kesumi Enterprise Sdn Bhd for RM91.36mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd, was appointed as sub-contractor in relation to structure, architecture and mechanical and electrical works for the project.

The contract is for a period of 25 months from the date of possession of the site and the date of completion would be on Aug 27, 2025.
