Vestland bags RM93mil design and build project


KUALA LUMPUR: Vestland Bhd wholly-owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd has been awarded with a design and build contract worth RM93mil from Mercu Majuniaga Sdn Bhd.

In an exchange filing, Vestland noted the contract relates to the design and building of three blocks of fifteen-storey apartments and related facilities located at Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam, Selangor.

The construction work shall be completed within 48 months from the commencement date.

Year-to-date, Vestland has successfully bagged RM667.6mil worth of contracts and has a total outstanding order book value of about RM1.7bil.
