Annum's auditor voluntarily resigns


KUALA LUMPUR: Annum Bhd has received a letter of resignation from Messrs. PCCO PLT (PCCO) on their resignation.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Annum said PCCO’s term of office will end after 21 days from the date of the notice dated Aug 3.

“The board wishes to inform that the resignation of PCCO was on a voluntary basis, due to their limitation of resources and the board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the company,” Annum said.
