Atrium-REIT Q2 net profit at RM5mil


PETALING JAYA: Atrium Real Estate Investment Trust (Atrium-REIT) is maintaining a cautious stance due to the global economic slowdown, inflationary trend and geopolitical risks.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its portfolio of properties would remain resilient.

For its second quarter ended June 30, Atrium-REIT’s net profit stood at RM5.44mil compared with RM5.43mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue rose slightly to RM9.87mil from RM9.52mil a year earlier.
