KUALA LUMPUR: Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N), Sunway Bhd, Ge-Shen Corp Bhd, Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Bhd (Litrak) and AWC Bhd and Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd are among the stocks to watch on Friday, according to Apex Securities.
F&N 3QFY23 net profit increased 1.9% to RM99.37mil.
Sunway’s property arm, Sunway Property, acquired a 245-acre land in Kuang, Rawang for RM115mil.
Ge-Shen is buying a controlling 60% equity interest in Kedah-based Kibaru Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (KMSB) for RM16.8mil cash.
Litrak shares on the Main Market will be suspended with effect from Aug 9.
AWC secures RM10mil sub-contract works from Crest Builder unit.

Overnight, the U.S. market declined overnight amid corporate earnings season. Earlier, European markets dropped after the Bank of England raised interest rates.
The S&P 500 fell 0.25% to finish at 4,501.89, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 66.63 points, or 0.19% to end at 35,215.89. The Nasdaq Composite inched down 0.1% to 13,959.72.
“Following the recent pullback, the FBM KLCI could take a breather and consolidate between the support of 1,410 points and the resistance of 1,460 points,” Apex said.
