PPB sells flour milling business in Indonesia


PETALING JAYA: PPB Group Bhd is exiting the wheat flour milling business in Indonesia with the sale of its 51% equity interest in PT Pundi Kencana to Sentratama Niaga Indonesia (SNI) and PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia for RM87.5mil cash.

The stake is held via Mantap Aman Sdn Bhd (MASB), an indirect 100%-owned subsidiary of PPB held via FFM Bhd.
