I-Berhad appoints two new directors


KUALA LUMPUR: I-Berhad has appointed two new members, Gan Kim Khoon and Prem Kumar Subramaniam, to its board of directors.

In a statement, the property developer said Gan has a career spanning three decades in capital markets including investment banking, equity fundraising, stockbroking and investment research.

"Gan’s proven track record in capital markets coupled with profound understanding of market dynamics and investors’ behaviour will be an added advantage to infuse the Group’s leadership with a dynamic blend of financial acumen, strategic foresight and strong governance to steer business towards achieving its strategic goals," said company chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong.

Meanwhile, the company said Prem has three decades of experience in the real estate sector with expertise in property management, valuation and development that has been demonstrated in his contributions to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Bandar Iskandar Puteri, and KL Metropolis.

"Prem's wealth of knowledge and leadership in property valuation and management is poised to enhance the value of our RM1bil investment properties’ portfolio and ultimately create long-term value for I-Berhad’s stakeholders," said Lim.
