NCT Alliance foresees tough prospects


PETALING JAYA: NCT Alliance Bhd expects its prospects to remain tough and challenging due to the uncertainties surrounding the economic recovery.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it will continue to focus on selling its project inventories and progressing its development projects for a timely completion.

For its second quarter ended June 30, 2023, the construction management group’s net profit dipped to RM9.29mil from RM11.10mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue rose to RM58.40mil from RM48.82mil a year earlier. Basic earnings per share stood at 0.80 sen, versus 1.26 sen previously.
