Dayang's unit gets contract extension

KUALA LUMPUR: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has been awarded a contract extension for the provision of topside major maintenance services for SSB/SSPC (Package A) from SSB/SSPC.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dayang said its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd (DESB) secured the contract extension from Sarawak Shell Bhd (SSB) and Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Limited (SSPC).

“The value of the contract is based on work orders issued by SSB/SSPC throughout the contract duration,” Dayang said.

The contract extension duration is one year four months and twelve days effective from Aug 20, 2023 until Dec 31, 2024.
