Destini, Priceworth to collaborate on renewable energy initiatives


KUALA LUMPUR: Destini Bhd and Priceworth International Bhd have entered into a strategic partnership via their respective subsidiaries to advance renewable energy projects, especially in the solar power sector.

In a joint statement, the parties said the collaboration between Destini Energy Sdn Bhd and Maxland Energy Sdn Bhd will focus on the development of renewable power projects, with a primary emphasis on solar power plant projects, including contracts with Indah Water Konsortium and projects to be located in Sandakan, Malaysia, and Victoria, Australia.

According to the statement, the key objectives of this collaboration include conducting feasibility studies and due diligence exercises to establish a joint venture company that will spearhead the implementation of these sustainable energy projects.
