KUALA LUMPUR: I-Berhad has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for its RM820mil gross development value (GDV) luxury condominium development in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

Pursuant to the partnership, the 50-storey luxury residences at Zone 1 KLCC are now called the Wyndham Suites KLCC.

According to I-Berhad chairman Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong, the strategic partnership promises not only luxury living at its finest but also the prestige of owning a piece of the Wyndham legacy to property investors.

"This is yet another significant leap forward for I-Berhad and we are thrilled to join hands with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to transform Wyndham Suites KLCC.

"This will not only enhance the Group’s overall brand reputation and visibility, Wyndham’s vast global network will also provide a powerful platform for our RM10bil GDV project in i-City Shah Alam, to gain greater international exposure," he said in a statement.

He added that Wyndham Suites KLCC will attract families, business travellers and holidaymakers globally to Kuala Lumpur through the Wyndham Rewards ecosystem.
