APB plans to buy Menara Serba Dinamik

PETALING JAYA: APB Resources Bhd intends to buy Menara Serba Dinamik in Shah Alam, Selangor for RM38mil.

In a filing on Bursa Malaysia, the company said the 16-storey building with a four-storey basement car park is built on leasehold land measuring 3,025 sq m.

APB intends to finance the acquisition with internally generated funds.

The company will utilise the property for its own purposes and generate income through rentals. The purchase price was arrived at after taking into consideration the net book value and the market value of the property that was appraised by PPC International Sdn Bhd.
