MMHE names Suhaimi as chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd (MMHE) has appointed Mohammad Suhaimi Mohd Yasin as its new chairman.

Mohammad Suhaimi is currently an independent non-executive director as well as a board sustainability and risk committee member of MISC Bhd. He is also an adviser of SC Tubular Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said he previously served as independent non-executive director and risk management committee chairman of Alam Maritim Resources Bhd. — Bernama
