Mestron bags RM5.3mil contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Mestron Holdings Bhd has clinched a RM5.28mil contract from Singapore’s Tamaco Pole Manufacturing Pte Ltd.

Under the terms of the agreement, Mestron will supply various products totalling S$1.5mil to Tamaco Pole.

Mestron managing director Por Teong Eng said partnering with Tamaco Pole marks a significant milestone for the company in terms of regional expansion goals.

"This collaboration is a strategic move to diversify our market reach beyond Malaysia and make inroads into the thriving Singaporean market, capitalising on the rising demand for high-quality, innovative steel pole solutions,” he said.

The agreement stipulates a progressive delivery schedule, with products being shipped to locations determined upon mutual agreement following the receipt of successive delivery memos.

Mestron is committed to fulfilling the entire delivery by Dec 31, 2024, showcasing its capability to execute large-scale supply operations within stipulated timelines.
