Fitters to sell Cameron Highlands land for RM15mil


PETALING JAYA: Fitters Diversified Bhd is proposing to dispose of a piece of freehold land measuring 8.05 hectares in Cameron Highlands, Pahang to Cameron Highlands Floriculture Sdn Bhd for RM15mil.

Upon disposal, Fitters said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that it is expected to realise an estimated gain on disposal of approximately RM12.35mil.

“The proposed disposal also allows Fitters Group to strengthen its liquidity and cash flow position, which will be utilised for working capital purposes.

“The proposed disposal is also part of Fitters Group’s ongoing initiative to rationalise its assets and focus its resources on more promising areas of its operations.
