Sime Darby Plantation declares special interim dividend of 5.70 sen


KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Plantation Bhd has declared a special interim dividend of 5.70 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023.

“The dividend was declared following the successful completion of the disposals of the group’s equity interest in PT Ladangrumpun Suburabadi and PT Sajang Heulang, and three parcels of freehold land located in Mukim Kapar, District of Klang, Selangor,” the plantation group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The entitlement and payment dates of the special interim dividend have been fixed on Dec 27, 2023 and Jan 24, 2024, respectively.
