Malakoff Corp to purchase E-Idaman stake


PETALING JAYA: Malakoff Corp Bhd has proposed to acquire a 49% stake in solid waste management services company E-Idaman Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM133.2mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Malakoff said its wholly owned subsidiary Tuah Utama Sdn Bhd had entered a conditional share sale and purchase agreement with Metacorp Bhd for the acquisition, expected to be completed within six months upon signing the deal.
