KUALA LUMPUR: Dagang Nexchange Bhd
's sub-subsidiary Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract from the Securities Commission for the implementation of a registration, licensing and authorisation platform known as Aras 2.0 Application onboarding and data migration.
It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia the project, valued at RM3.09mil, is for a tenure of 27 months from Oct 24, 2023, to Jan 31, 2026, with an option for renewal.
"The board of directors is of the view that the acceptance of the Letter the project is in the best interest of the company and its subsidiaries and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial period ending 31 December 2023 onwards," it said.
