King buys more shares in Citaglobal


KUALA LUMPUR: Citaglobal Bhd has disclosed that Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has increased his stake in the company to 9.907%.

Citaglobal, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, said the king had bought an additional 1.6 million shares on Oct 27.

This raised his direct shareholding in Citaglobal to 41.37 million shares, or 9.907%.

He also acquired 1.343 million shares on Oct 26, 741,700 shares on Oct 25 and 1.212 million shares on Oct 24.

Citaglobal closed unchanged at RM1.59 with 1.67 million shares traded.
