PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corp Bhd
has unveiled its brand new 3,600 sq ft property gallery for its Tropicana Alam township development in Puncak Alam.
“For many months, our dedicated team worked tirelessly to debut the Tropicana Alam masterplan, setting a new benchmark in the heart of Puncak Alam.
“We are excited to kickstart this new township that is designed amidst a tranquil 5-acre lake surrounded by 1.3 km lakeside jogging trail and a 4.5-acre picturesque central park,” marketing and sales and business development managing director Ixora Ang said in a statement.
“We will be launching part of our first 87.4-acre residential phase, featuring 431 double-storey terrace homes sited within 39.9-acre land.”
Tropicana said the 362-acre Tropicana Alam beckoned with a harmonious mix of nature, a picturesque central park, a tranquil lake and spacious homes all within a gated setting.
Tropicana Alam will roll out its phase 1 residential development, offering a practical layout with lot sizes ranging from 20’ x 70’ onwards. The units were also designed with environmental factors in mind.
