PETALING JAYA: SMTrack Bhd has appointed Tunku Kamariah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah Sultan Iskandar, 67, as its non-executive chairman.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, SMTrack noted the Johor royal replaces Datuk Sri Shaharuddin Khalid, 63, who has been made president of the company.
