KNM reappoints Ho to board


PETALING JAYA: KNM Group Bhd has reappointed Ho Soo Woon, 60, as independent non-executive director, just weeks after he was removed from the role by vote count in an EGM on Oct 16.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, cash- strapped KNM noted Ho is currently is the managing director of Tesoro Capital Sdn Bhd and has been actively involved in numerous corporate financial exercises, including initial public offerings, debt restructuring, strategic planning, financial management reviews and successfully helped resuscitate various private and public-listed entities.
