Liew ups stake in EcoWorld Malaysia


PETALING JAYA: Eco World Development Group Bhd’s (EcoWorld Malaysia) director Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf has disposed of his entire interest in the company to executive chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the property developer said Abdul Rashid had disposed of 219.88 million shares at an undisclosed price to Liew.

Following the purchase, Liew now holds a direct and indirect interest of 9.4% and 12.84% respectively in the company.
