IJM strengthens property portfolio

PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd is investing in warehousing logistics locally to strengthen its industrial-property portfolio and also acquiring property in Britain to expand its presence in international property development.

IJM, via its wholly owned subsidiary IJM RE Sdn Bhd, inked a share sale agreement with Swift Haulage Bhd and Hartamas Mentari Sdn Bhd to acquire a 25% stake in Global Vision Logistics Sdn Bhd (GVL) for an undisclosed sum.
