Betamek clarifies Mirzan Mahathir's investigation unrelated to company operations

KUALA LUMPUR: Betamek Bhd has announced that the ongoing investigation involving its managing director, Mirzan Mahathir by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission is unrelated to its operations.

“We wish to announce that the said investigation is unrelated to Betamek. As such, Betamek operates its business as usual without any interruption on our production and delivery of Betamek's products to our customers,” the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
