Sime Property campaign achieves RM1.1bil bookings


Sime Darby Property said it has launched the new Sime Darby Property Dragon Deals sales campaign, which runs until Feb 29, 2024.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd’s Great Deals sales campaign achieved bookings of 1,107 units worth RM1.1bil.

The property developer said the campaign, which ran from Aug 15 to Dec 31, 2023, provided attractive offers for a limited number of properties in the townships owned by Sime Darby properties nationwide.

Chief marketing and sales officer Datuk Lai Shu Wei said the success of the campaign showed how well the company understand the needs of its customers.

“We are addressing the rising demand for quality properties at the right pricing and locations.

“Through the Great Deals campaign, we fulfilled keen consumers’ property ownership dreams with excellent offerings in prime areas with good connectivity, accessibility, amenities and hassle-free purchasing experiences,” he said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Sime Darby Property said it has launched the new Sime Darby Property Dragon Deals sales campaign, which runs until Feb 29, 2024.

It said the campaign comprised the company’s Go Landed and High-Rise Collection of selected properties in the City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Serenia City, Nilai Impian, Bandar Ainsdale, Taman Melawati and Putra Heights.
