Local consortium submits proposal for rail project


The companies have formed Berjaya HSR Consortium which submitted the RFI proposal on Jan 15.

PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) had joined forces with IJM Corp Bhd, Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) and Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) to submitted a request for information (RFI) proposal for the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) project.

The companies have formed Berjaya HSR Consortium which submitted the RFI proposal on Jan 15, according to separate filings with Bursa Malaysia by the companies.
