PETALING JAYA: Kimlun Corp Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, has accepted a construction contract from Sunway Parkview Sdn Bhd for main building works for houses, ancillary buildings and amenities in its development in Johor Baru, Johor, for RM133.60mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kimlun said the construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period.
