IWB receives resignation notice of auditor


PETALING JAYA: Iconic Worldwide Bhd (IWB) has received a notice in writing from its auditor, Messrs BDO PLT (BDO) on their resignation.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, IWB said BDO’s term of office will end after 21 days from Feb 5, 2024.

“The resignation of BDO is based on mutual consent and the board of directors of the company is of the view that such change will enable the company and group to benefit from fresh perspectives and views of another professional audit firm,” said IWB.
