Tropicana achieves record revenue

PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corp Bhd achieved a revenue of RM1.51bil in its financial year ended Dec 31, 2023 (FY23), the highest in the past five financial years.

In a statement, the group said its FY23 revenue surged by 60.7% from the preceding year’s RM942.6mil, mainly due to higher progress billings across key projects in the Klang Valley, southern and northern regions, coupled with the disposal of land.

“The group’s property investment, recreation and resort segment has also seen a significant improvement, which is evidenced by the increase in occupancy rates of its hotels.”
