Iconic launches show unit for RM255mil GDV Iconic Harmony in Bukit Mertajam


KUALA LUMPUR: Iconic Worldwide Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Iconic Maison Sdn Bhd has launched the show unit for Iconic Harmony, an upcoming mixed development in Alma, Bukit Mertajam with a gross development value (GDV) of RM255mil.

In a statement, Iconic said the Iconic Harmony consists of 751 freehold affordable homes in a modern, 36-storey building, as well as 16 units of double-storey shop lots.

It said each residential unit has a built-up area of 900 sq. ft and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also features more than 30 facilities including infinity pools, a children's water playground, a half-court basketball court, a jacuzzi and lush green spaces.

"With a truly extensive array of facilities and amenities, Iconic Harmony was designed in line with our focus on quality, value for money and timely delivery.

“We've put a lot of work into crafting shared spaces across Iconic Harmony's lifestyle and recreational amenities such as the garden courtyard, children's water playground and gym room. Our goal is to create opportunities for our residents to connect and interact with each other, gaining a sense of community and belonging,” executive chairman Datuk Seri Tan Kean Tet said.
