Reservoir Link Energy secures PETRONAS Carigali contract for well leak services


KUALA LUMPUR: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Reservoir Link Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of well leak repair equipment and services (sealant based).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the scope of works shall include engineering consultancy on well leak issues and well leak diagnostic and rectification services including personnel, product, and equipment as required on a “call-out” basis to the designated worksite.

It also includes the provision for equipment, services, and sealant pressure activated type, required for curing leaks which may occur at various types of surface and downhole completion equipment and testing on sealant performance at the warehouse with proper setup as agreed by PETRONAS Carigali at Reservoir Link's own cost.

Reservoir Link said the contract shall commence on the effective date of the award on March 23, 2024, and remain vali for five years until March 22, 2029.
