Fitters Diversified bags RM26.1mil subcontract from IJM Construction


KUALA LUMPUR: Fitters Diversified Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Fitters Engineering Services Sdn Bhd has secured a RM26.1mil subcontract from IJM Construction Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Fitters Diversified said the subcontract is for the fire protection services on the proposed phase 1A consists of a 4-storey logistic hub, 4-storey multilevel parking with a 1-storey office, and ancillary buildings in Shah Alam, Selangor for Messrs. Global Vision Logistics Sdn Bhd.

The subcontract commenced on Feb 20 and to conclude on Oct 21, 2025, unless extended by the main contractor under the conditions stipulated in the letter of acceptance (LOA).

Fitters Diversified said the subcontract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the company for the financial years ending March 31, 2025 and onwards.
