Annum falls under PN17

KUALA LUMPUR: Annum Bhd has been admitted into the Practice Note 17 (PN17) company of Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement, Bursa Malaysia said Annum triggered the criteria pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(d) of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

The company's auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion in its audited financial statements for the 18-month financial period ended June 30, 2023.

The external auditor refrained from expressing an opinion on Annum’s financial statements as they were unable to gather enough appropriate audit evidence to form a conclusive opinion on the financial statements of both the group and the company.

Annum is involved in the manufacturing and trading of veneer and plywood products.
