ACE Market-listed Pappajack seeks to transfer listing to Main Market

KUALA LUMPUR: Pappajack Bhd has proposed to transfer the listing and quotation for its entire issued share capital from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the pawnshop operator said the issued share capital is RM211.699 million comprising 768.2 million shares as at May 6, 2024.

Pappajack said the proposed transfer is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year, adding that the move would not have any material effect on the net assets, net assets per share, gearing, earnings and earnings per share of the group. - Bernama
