Kimlun secures RM234.27mil construction job from Saujana Development


KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd has bagged a contract from Saujana Development Sdn Bhd for a high rise residential development in Seksyen U2 in Shah Alam valued at RM234.27mil.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.

"The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period," it said.

At 12.30pm, the trading stock of Kimlun was down four sen or 2.99% to RM1.30 a share on the back of 148,500 shares done.
