Inta Bina wins RM112mil Gamuda deal


PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Gamuda Land (T12) Sdn Bhd for the proposed development of 174 units semi-detached houses worth RM111.98mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Inta Bina said phase one will consist of 124 units of semi-detached houses, a guard house, management office and two Tenaga Nasional Bhd substations.

Meanwhile, phase two will comprise 50 units of semi-detached houses.

“The construction period shall be for a period of 23 months from June 4, 2024,” it said.

Inta Bina said there are no foreseeable significant risks, other than operational risk associated with the contract during the construction period.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract,” it said.
