Agmo jumps 16% in active trade


KUALA LUMPUR: Agmo Holdings Bhd, which has been on an uptrend, jumped 16% in early trade Thursday.

The digital solutions provider rose 15.87%, or 10 sen to 73 sen with over 40 million shares traded. Year-to-date, the counter has risen over 40%.

Agmo announced on Wednesday that it is partnering with SNS Network Technology Bhd to introduce the first digital transformation as a service (DXaaS) for generative artificial intelligence (AI) in Malaysia.

Under the memorandum of understanding, Agmo’s wholly owned subsidiary, Agmo Studio and SNS Network are set to explore potential collaboration opportunities and capitalise on their collective expertise and resources to introduce transformative DXaaS solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of Malaysian businesses.

The MoU will remain in effect for one year or until the parties enter into definitive agreements superseding the MoU.
