Cabnet Holdings unit bags RM46mil sub-contract works


KUALA LUMPUR: Cabnet Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Cabnet M&E Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the sub-contractor for electrical works worth RM46 million for a project in Johor Bahru, Johor.

It said the project was secured from Jayaplus Development Sdn Bhd involving the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 11 kilovolt high voltage/low voltage electrical works.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share from financial years ending Feb 28, 2025, to 2028,” the group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

Cabnet Holdings said the works would commence on June 15 this year and likely be completed by July 30, 2027. - Bernama
