Trading in Prolintas units resumes amid MACC probe


KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in Prolintas Infra Business Trust securities has been halted at 9 am today, as announced in a Bursa Malaysia filing.

The company indicated that trading in the units relating to Prolintas would resume at 10 am.

By 9.40 am, Prolintas's shares held steady at 91 sen per unit.

In a separate statement, Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd acknowledged that its personnel were remanded by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in connection with an ongoing construction investigation.

"We are committed and are working closely with all relevant authorities to ensure full cooperation in facilitating the investigation.

"Prolintas continues to be committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and corporate governance," it said. - Bernama
