KUALA LUMPUR: Sentoria Group Bhd has lifted the suspension of its group chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Loh Yuen Tuck, allowing him to resume his duties with immediate effect.
“The board further announced that the company has decided to proceed with the inquiry and discussion internally with the affected parties to form an amicable decision or solution in the best interest of the company. As such, the appointment of an external inquiry team (EIT) will be unnecessary,” Sentoria said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The group announced the suspension of its GCEO's duties and functions for three months starting in May 2024.
